There is only a handful of communities in the country that can offer the same kinds of amenities and features that the Highlands Pointe does. Even fewer are the communities that can provide the same kind of accessibility that Highlands Pointe offers its residents.
Although technically located in a province (Rizal), it is actually much faster to commute from Highlands Pointe to the Ortigas Center than it is from Quezon City and other Metro Manila cities. This means you do not really need to make major adjustments to your usual commute to and from work when you relocate to Highlands Pointe. In fact, you might have more time for your family because your commute is not that long anymore.
The amenities provided by Highlands Pointe are also quite unlike anything that other communities provide. Rather than feel like you are in a residential area, living in Highlands Pointe actually feels like you are in an eco-tourism resort. There are plenty of trees surrounding you. You can also access lots of pocket gardens. Furthermore, the recreational area is quite large. There is a massive swimming pool, several multi-purpose courts, and a wide picnic grove and viewing deck. The community also has its own small commercial complex, so you won’t even have to go out of the main gate when you need to shop for grocery items.
Words are not enough to express just how nice it is to become a resident of Highlands Pointe. In fact, many people have already made the switch and started moving into the community, which means you have to act fast if you still want a chance to grab one of the choice plots that are left. You don’t really have to convince yourself to move into the Highlands Pointe. The hard part is actually finding any fault in the place.
